Ordered size XL (wear size S/10 briefs)
I have more of a natural hour glass figure so thought these would be a naturally great fit for me BUT, for someone who has a bit of a mum tum, I found it took any flab from my hips and pushed it to the front, making my tummy look rounder and more protruding and definitely did not help to flatten my tummy.
Aside from not doing what I wanted them to do, they were a nice size and fit nicely on and around my waist. size guide was spot on. Probably suit someone who is trying to slim the waist and hips, but not your tummy. I will try the body suit specifically for tummy slimming.
Quality got 4 stars because there was a minor fault of 2 seams not sewn together, in crotch, all other parts were great. (Posted on 8/23/2019)

I do really love these Knicks, they hold all my tum in and since a 34kg weight loss I feel like I can use these to help flatten my tum in certain skirts dresses etc :) I do have a little bit of a back muffin but I can't blame the pants!!!!! Would 100% recommend to everyone (Posted on 1/13/2017)

love this panty. bought 7 pairs.
4 nude, 3 black.
this is very tight around the waist and the lace part looks very beautiful.
It looks like a designer panty. doesn't look like traditional ugly shapewear at all.
